He was predeceased by: his father Joseph F. Urbanczyk. He is survived by: his wife Colleen (Gehrke); his children, Hannah, Addison, Rhett and Hayden; his mother Constance M. Urbanczyk; his brothers, Joe Urbanczyk (Michelle) and Tim Urbanczyk (Jackie); and his parents-in-law, Bob and Sharon Gehrke.
