We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2021, at the age of 97, Robert Victor Sapp of Buckeye, Arizona, born in Clayton, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Sapp Sr. and Mildred Chambers Sapp; his brother James E. Sapp Jr.; and his son Bart W. Sapp. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Faye Balmes; and his children, Shawn Heaton, Roy Sapp and Stan Sapp.

The family requests donations be made to Banner Health Hospice in lieu of flowers.
