He is survived by: his wife Cindy Garrett of Buckeye, AZ; his children, Anthony Monteverde of Garden Grove, CA, Gary Garrett of Buckeye, AZ and Audrey Monteverde-Thompson of Garden Grove, CA.; his grandsons, Ricky Fernandez of Long Beach, CA, Noah Fernandez of Buena Park, CA and Tyler Thompson of Garden Grove, CA.; and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Amelia and Olivia Fernandez.
