He was predeceased by: his father Ramon Martinez. He is survived by: his mother Angela Alvarado; his wife Dolores Nava; his children, Xiamara Rose Martinez, Andrew Ponce, Alexes Sebastian Martinez, Jessie Alejandro Ponce, Emilio Issac Martinez and Christian Noel Martinez; and his siblings, Linda Martinez, Angie Martinez, Patricia Martinez and Juan Martinez.
