He was predeceased by: his father Norbert Holter. He is survived by: his mother Donna Holter; his wife Wanda May Holter; his sons, Kevin J., Nathan R. Holter and Jason W. Watson; and his siblings, Patty Guse, Lori Evans, Larry and Steve Holter. He is also survived by his six grandchildren.
