She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Whiting and Grover Whiting; her brother Myron Douglas Whiting; and her nephew Royce Gray. She is survived by: her siblings, Grover Edward and Bessie Mae Whiting (Beard); her children, Miranda M. Jones, Krissy D. Viars, Dalton R. and Broden R. Hicks; and her siblings, Gayle Salyers and Royce Whiting. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
