He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Keeler and Eva Keeler; his sons, Clinton and Daniel; and his sister Rosalie.

He is survived by: his wife Ann Bihn; his children, Carla Willey (Chris), Diane Allie (Brian), Andrea Sing (Joel), Warren Keeler Jr., Rebecca Oliver, Elizabeth Matthews (Jason), Wendy Griffin (Dylan) and Victoria Kippes (Damin); and his brother Eugene Keeler (Linda). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
