He is survived by: his daughter Allison; his mother Dorothy Louise Pishkin; his sister Gayle Ann Ruffin; his niece Julia Hoxie; his nephew Andrew Holmes; his close friends, John Kopplin and Chuck Walker; and also Allison Marie Willett-Pishkin.
