He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse M. II and Taeko Card. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Card; his children, Michael Cadena, Jesse M. IV Card (Renee), Adam Card, Tasha Ellsworth (Bobby) and Christopher Card; his pets, Skoshi and Little Skoshi; and his close friend Ken Murray. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and one on the way; two great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and close friends.
