She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Richard Swiger; her children, Tracey Owens, Richelle Robles and Richard Dean Owens, Jr.; her stepson Bruce Pellitier; and her siblings, Rosemarie Majors, Jeannette Starry Ross, Debbie Starry, David Swiger, Cindy Athas and James Starry. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
