She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Stertzbach and Dorothy Stertzbach; her son Timothy Betz; and her siblings, Janet Cotham, Harold Stertzbach, Jr. and Jerry Stertzbach.
She is survived by: her husband Karl Betz; her siblings, John Stertzbach (Faye), Ellie Lautzenheiser (Larry), Dick Stertzbach (Marcia), Linda Torres (Fred) and Kathy Malone (Bill); her children, Cindy Reece (Eric Powell), Debbie Poparad, Scott Betz (Vickie) and Kevin Betz; her grandsons, Kevin Betz II and Tim Betz; and her great grandchild Evelyn Betz.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Marie.
