With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Heather Elizabeth Garner of Anthem, Arizona, born in Denver, Colorado, who passed away on July 23, 2023 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald MacLeod and Sally Karen MacLeod (McCray); and her stepfather Chuck Swihart. She is survived by: her husband Michael Lee Devine; her daughters, Chelsie Elizabeth Mathews (James), Emma K. Hodowanic (Corey) and Megan A. Johnson (Joseph); and her brother Bruce MacLeod (Tracy). She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren.
