She was predeceased by: her father John Franklin; her husband Bill Kelley (Eual Ott); her daughters, Geniece Jefferson and Connie Joy Kelley; her brothers, Willard Tabor, J. T. Tabor and L. B. Tabor; her stepson C. L. Ott; and her sister Gertrude Phenix.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kay Keeter (Rick) of Yellville and Billie Heenan (Steven) of Mountain Home; her stepchildren, Dwight Ott and Ella Layer (Brian); and her siblings, Frank Tabor (Lou) of Goldendale, Washington and Elena Savage of Harrison, Arkansas. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren.
