He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Doyle and Edith Emily Ott, Sr. (James); his daughter Teresa Jo Ott; his stepdaughter Tamara Hill; his grandson Brandon Ellis; and his great grandchild B. J. Ellis.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Ott of Bryant; his daughters, Letha Mahan (Rick) of Gassville and Sheryl Drobny (Marion) of Ellijay, Georgia; his stepchildren, Terri Ellis of Bryant, Arkansas and Tony Tanner (Rhonda) of Bryant; his brother Bobby Joe Ott (Sue) of Yellville; and his grandchildren, Brook Mahan, Benji Mahan, Ashley Whitworth, Carter Tanner, Baily Tanner, Shana Offutt, Brandi Ellis, Dakota Hill and Tyler Hill. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
