He was predeceased by: his father Oran Allen Rodgers. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Holobaugh Rodgers; his mother Betty Lawrence Rodgers; and his sisters, Glenda Rodgers and Sheila McCoy (Doug McCoy) of Maryville, Tennessee.. He is also survived by 5 children, nine grandchildren, two nieces and two dogs.
