He was predeceased by: his parents, John Copeland and Vesta Copeland; and his siblings, Arkie, Jessie, Bill, Gene, James, Alton, Christine and Maudie.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Copeland; his daughters, Brenda Woody (Michael) and Debbie Davis (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jordan Woody, Amber Mills, Kelli Eberhard (Javan) and Kayla Rawlins (Dalton); his great grandchildren, Darby, Sophia, Jeremiah, Luka and Rhodes; and his sisters, Wilma and Dorothy.
