He was predeceased by: his father Alfred Hall; his wife Carol; his daughter Christy; and his brother Hollis. He is survived by: his daughter Lorna Goodwin (Danny) of Yellville, Arkansas; his close friend Lana McCrery of Yellville, Arkansas; his grandsons, Seth Goodwin (Sara) and Evan Shelton (Cody); and his great grandchildren, Caroline, Nora Goodwin, Cade and Owen Shelton.
