He was predeceased by: his mother Rebecca Wright. He is survived by: his wife Kerri Fivecoat-Campbell; his daughters, Stephanie Ellenberger (Stefan) and Meg-Ann Joss-Barwick (Justin); his granddaughters, Sophia Ellenburger and Millie Barwick; his father Robert Campbell; and his sisters, Robin Craft (Terry), Jennifer Dearing (Philip Hendrix) and Christine Roberts (Kevin). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and great nieces/nephews, cousins, good friends.
