He is survived by: his wife Pamela Lampkin of Wynne, Arkansas; and his children, William D. Lampkin of Columbia, Renee Howell (Richard) of Bartlett and Victoria Brawner of Wynne, Arkansas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; along with many co-workers and life long friends.
