He was predeceased by: his mother Ella Lee Cook; his wife Mable Goodwin Cook; his father William Cook; and his sisters, Louise Raymond, Jewel Sisson, Arbelle Etheridge and Patsy Bradsher.
He is survived by: his children, William Doyle Cook, Jr. of Wynne, Jeanie Cook Curtner (Dan) of Wynne and Neda Cook Hodges (Matt) of Wynne. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
