He was predeceased by: his wife Lorine Reynolds Vance; his parents, William Tilford Vance and Celia Lumley White; his great grandchildren, Eric Davis and Dexter Davis; and his siblings, Alvin White, Robert White, Joy White, Perry Hickman, Raymond Hickman, Clifford Hickman, Drophlet Vance, Earlene Taylor, Yvonne Hall, Delores Caubble, Lucille Williams and Cozette Patton.
He is survived by: his daughter Betty Wilson; his son-in-law Doyle; his daughter Judy Eppes; his son-in-law Gary Eppes; his son Wally Vance; his daughter-in-law Glenda; and his son Steve Vance. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
