She was predeceased by: her parents, Clare Guy and Floy Hazel Futrell (Karnes); her siblings, Charles Futrell and Willa Dean Wilkison; and her brother-in-law Paul Bower.
She is survived by: her husband Tommy (Tommy); her siblings, Sharon Bower and Kenneth Futrell (Glenda); her sister-in-law Margaret Futrell; her daughters, Renee Hess-Coffey (Keith), Cindy Hess (Jim Thwing), Samantha Hess and Sara Colvin (Greg); and her stepsons, Patrick Sullivan (Laura) and Shane Sullivan. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to St. Peter's Catholic Church or Dolly Parton's Imagination Library in remembrance of Lynn's avid love of reading.
