He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Wayne and Judy Ann Spain (Gaynor); and his brother Richard Wayne Spain, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Kristin Putter of Wynne and Brandi Taylor (Bradley) of Wynne; his grandchildren, Audrey, Gage, Davis, Jase and Madeleine; and his brother Kelly Scarlett. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
