He is survived by: his parents, Donald Parkman and Mary Parkman (Parsley) of Heber Springs; his siblings, Preston Parkman (Mallori) of Eureka, Dennis Parkman of Rosebud and Teresa Nowak (Perry) of Rossville, Tennessee; his close friend Mary Lou Parkman of Wynne; his daughters, April Catlett (Todd) of Cherry Valley, Lauren Birge (Chris) of Wynne and Summer Rhae Hess-Gill (Brett) of Forrest City; his grandchildren, Brianna Catlett, Bryce, Cat Daddyâ, Brennan Catlett and Angel Birge; his great grandchild Harper Birge; and his nephews, Delan, Eason and Reed Parkman. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
