He is survived by: his wife Liz McMickle Thompson; his daughters, Dee Ann Bowman (Chris) of California, Suzanne Cook (Matt) of Wynne and Laura Harris (Will) of Forrest City; his sisters, Margaret Irene Ellis (Richard) of Tulsa and Barbara Ann Mugge of Tulsa; and his grandchildren, Allison, Emily, Kylie, Guy, Halle, Eliza and Audrey.
