He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Waters and Wilma Waters (Ramel); and his grandson Milo Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Burton; his children, Kelly Sitzer (Bryan) of Grant, MI, Kenneth Waters, Jr. of Maui, HI and Mary Hawkins (Mark) of Blanchard; his stepsons, David Burton (Joy) of Wynne, AR and Matt Burton (Melissa) of Springdale, AR; and his sister Janet Fisher (Howard) of Mt. Pleasant. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 1 step great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Disabled American Veterans, Lottie Moon International Missions, or Community Baptist Church of Alma.
