He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charlie Everett and Juanita Clark Kemp; his son Jim Leon Kemp, Jr. (Kari-Beth); his brother Robert Kemp of Mississippi; his grandchildren, Jacob Louis Kemp of Wynne, Lauren Kemp of Rock Hill and Charles Ray Latture of Beebe, Arkansas; his great grandchildren, Maverick, Nivea, Cohen and Grant; and his close friends, Carolyn Konzak, Rusty, Karen, Maddie and Caroline.
