She was predeceased by: her parents, Hurman Floyd Blaylock and Ruby Mae Blaylock Imler; her stepfather Willie "Bill" Imler; and her siblings, Ruby Nell Blaylock, Anna Bernice "Neccie" Blaylock and Hurman Lesley "Sonny" Blaylock.
She is survived by: her siblings, Bobby Franklin Blaylock (Emma) of Wynne and Mary Evelyn Pierce of Texarkana, Arkansas.; her grandchildren, Johnny Duvall (Tracy) of Quitmann, Sherry Duvall Calaway of Jonesboro and Jeff Duvall (Melissa) of Wynne; her great grandchildren, Jeremy Duvall of Heber Springs, Lauren, Leah Calaway of Jonesboro, Adam Duvall, Will Bostick and Quinnley Bostick of Wynne; and her great great grandchild Jack Dawson Duvall of Heber Springs. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
