She is survived by: her husband Wayne Neely Courtney; her daughters, Sonya Poe, Cindy Massey (Allen), Susan Hanson (Mike) and Cheryl Wiemeyer (Dutch); her grandchildren, Meredith Poe Reeves, Melanie Massey, Michelle Massey Garner, Courtney Massey Nance, Jennifer Hanson Jackson, Mitch Hanson and Jessie Hanson Watson; her great grandchildren, Neely Poe, John Henry Poe III, Brayden Harris, Cody Garner, William, Charlotte Nance, Mackenzie Jackson, Henry, Georgia, Hayden Hanson, Jack and Max Watson; her siblings, Linda Farr, Connie Johnson, Thomas Cox Jr., Mickey Don Cox and Phillip Cox; and her caregivers, Teresa Michael and Bonnie Oates.
