She was predeceased by: her husband David W. Brunson; and her close friend Lloyd "Dude" Ashley. She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Joseph N. Brunson, Jordan D. Cage and Kadyn L. Brunson of Norfolk, VA; her grandson Noah W. Brunson (Rachel A. Brunson) of Fort Worth, Texas.; and her brothers, Shelby South, Jimmy South, Glynn South and Lynn South. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great & great-great nieces and nephews.
