He is survived by: his children, Charles Anthony Waits of North Port, Florida, Clyde Jeffery Waits of Osaka, Japan, Franklin Waits of Wynne, Arkansas, Jacqueline Waits Callier and Terrica Nichole of Little Rock, Arkansas; and his siblings, Catherine Ruffin, Euvell Harrison of Los Angeles, California, Ether Mae Seals of St. Louis, Missouri and Wiliam Jerry Waits of Memphis, Tennessee. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
