He was predeceased by: his parent Sammie Casalman; and his siblings, Betty Jean Tapley, Glenda Kay Ward and Sammie Casalman, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Penny Lyn Forrester (Skeet) of Westville and Charles Kevin Casalman of Wynne; and his grandchildren, Jamie Forrester, Brandon Forrester and Charles Donavon Casalman. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
