He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sandefur Owens; his daughters, Carla Busby (Larry) of Forrest City, Sherry Owens Hodge of Wynne and LaDonna May (Scott) of Forrest City; his grandchildren, Chase Peevey (Sarah) of Wynne, Dustin Hodge of Wynne, Dillon Hodge of Wynne, Ashley Vessells (Andrew Massey) of Festus, MO, Paige and Hayden Vessells of Wynne; his great grandchildren, Eli Peevey of Wynne and Chandler Grace Massey of Festus, Missouri.; and his siblings, Mary Katheryn Hobbs of Colt, Marcenia Hawkins of Wynne, Carroll and Dan Owens of Wynne.
