He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Ragan and Pallie Hicks Ragan (Dottie Earlene Ragan); and his sisters, Dora Jean, Eloise and Frances.
He is survived by: his children, Bobby "Bubba" Ragan, Jr. (Andrea) of Mountain View and Debbie Clark (Brad) of Little Rock; his grandchildren, Jessica Wyatt (Jeff), Brook Rexroat (Nathan), Jodi Stepp, Jody Gilbert, Traci Crowder (Tyler), Cruz Phroper and Zeke Allen Ragan; his great grandchildren, Jarrett Thomas Rexroat, Jase Milton Crowder, Sawyer Leon Crowder, Ragan Kay Rexroat and Riley Hayden Rexroat; and his brothers, Bill and Roy Ragan.
