He is survived by: his parents, Astin Lewis and Morgan Lewis (Lawrence); his siblings, Faith and Hudson Lewis; his grandparents, Larry, Lynn Lewis of Wynne and Kelly Lawrence of Jonesboro; and his great-grandparents, Dorothy, Lenny Silski of Caldwell, Pat, Tommy Abram of Wynne and Barbara Lawrence of Wynne. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
