James Franklin Blackmon Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2023, at the age of 82, James Franklin Blackmon (Winthrop, Arkansas), born in DeWitt, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Blackmon and Ed Blackmon; and his siblings, Jamie Blackmon Dale, Eddie Blackmon and Tom Blackmon.
He is survived by: his wife Kaye Blackmon; his sons, Bentley Blackmon (Sydney Bueter Blackmon) and Brandon Blackmon; his grandchildren, Collin Blackmon, Ben Blackmon and Griffin Blackmon; and his sister Ella Braden. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Jim Blackmon Fund at Little River Club for club beautification projects.
