She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Lambert and Addie Morgan Lambert; her husband Louie John Welch; and her aunt Allie Dale Lambert. She is survived by: her son Mark; her daughter-in-law Patty Welch of Winthrop, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Brian Welch (Rachele) of Winthrop and Lauren Abney of Ashdown, Arkansas; her stepgranddaughters, Heather Cox of Colorado and Britney Cox of Winthrop; her great grandchildren, Henry Welch, Haddie Welch, Carson Horn and Laynie Horn; and her friend Nancy Coker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
