She is survived by: her husband Earl Johnson; her daughter Jade; her son-in-law Shilo Burgess of Idabel, Oklahoma; her son J. J. Johnson of Winthrop; her stepchildren, Jordan, Caleb Allen of Idabel, Julia, Jeremy Schaffer of Haworth and Jennifer Johnson of Haworth; her grandchildren, Trace, Koda, Easton, Kendon, Kenzie, Jaxson, Rayleigh, Oaklynn, Aspen and Allen; and her siblings, Sarah Mitchell of Winthrop, Carmen (Cody Dunn) of Foreman, Arkansas, Charles "Bubba" Milam of Foreman and Dawson Cox. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and family.
