She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Halford Sr.; her parents, John Robert Cissell and Carrie Mae McKay Cissell; her siblings, John Fitz Cissell, Kenneth Cissell, Larry Cissell, Robert Cissell, Danny Cissell, Wally Cissell and Lola Stafford; and her grandmother Mary.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Kohl (Mark) of Austin, Arkansas and Thomas Halford Jr. (MeLissa) of West Memphis; her sister Donna Wiedower (Ben) of Little Rock, Arkansas.; her grandchildren, David Page Jr., Thomas Halford III, Courtney Page, Katie Parker and MacKenzie Halford; and her great grandchildren, Joshua Page, Conner Page, Sadie, Ava Parker and Sawyer Litton.
