Jean Phillips Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Phillips of West Memphis, Arkansas, who passed away on April 30, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Phillips; her parents, Harvey Ring and Mildred Ring; and her siblings, Eldon Ring and Ann Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Phillips (Rebecca) of Marion, AR, Gina Castellaw (John) and Teresa Carr (Eddie) of Bartlett, TN. She is also survived by six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
