He is survived by: his former wife Evelyn Heavener; his children, Thomas Heavener (Marissa), Connie Heavener Dail (Margie Poole), Sheila Kinney (Michael), Marie Raper Tucker (Randolph) and Vanessa Heavener; his grandchildren, Tiffany Crumpton (Jack), Taylor Kinney, Stevie Acang, Ashley Kinney, Jordan Boyd (Casey), Bradley Heavener and Amber Elizabeth Lesley (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Caiden, Carter, Cannon Acang, Madeline Grace Crumpton, Creed Boyd and Nathaniel Hayze Crumpton.
