She is survived by: her children, Johnnie Gail Fortenberry (Charles) of West Fork, Arkansas, Linda Nelson (Mike) of West Fork, Arkansas and Mike Clayton (Lisa) of West Fork; and her grandchildren, Chuck Fortenberry, Crista White (Cecil), Shannon Fortenberry, John Paul Nelson (Maryann), Kevin Lambindonis (Shelby), Davy Clayton (Vivian), Dustin Clayton and Dylan Clayton (Corrisa). She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
