He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlan Mooney and Marrianne Kiser Mooney. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Mooney; his children, Brenda T. Stringfellow of Fayetteville, Ray Blythe of Harrodsburg, Michael J. Campbell of Farmington and Kiser Mooney of West Fork, Arkansas; and his siblings, Lisa Moberg of Kentucky, Jimmy Blythe of Kentucky and Ricky Blythe of Kentucky. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
