He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Wells and Mary Stills-Wells; and his siblings, Richard, Janice, Patty, Delores, Dale, Alice and Betty.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Wells of West Fork, Kristopher Wells (Kara) of Winslow, Katie Dennis (Hayden) of Winslow, Jennifer Smith (Wayne) of Russellville and Lacy Butler (Harrison) of Springdale; his brother Clifton Wells (Sue) of Aurora; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Kayden, Paycen, Jett, Dellanie, Breana, Cloe, Madison, Hailey, Megan and Mia.
