He is survived by: his wife Syble Baker; his siblings, Coy Baker (Bud) of Oark and Jeanette Pellham of Hagarville; his child Lt Col Ray Baker; his wife Billie Sue of Edmond; his grandchildren, Ashley Cardiel, Capt Billy Baker, Angela Ketner, Lindsey Odglen, Brittany Alderson and Callie Kennedy; and his great grandchildren, Esther Ketner and Lydia Ketner.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a memorial fund in honor of Elbert at First Baptist Church West Fork AR.
