With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donnie Ray Sams of West Fork, Arkansas, who passed away on June 25, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrel Sams and Ruby Sams (Stone); and his brother Hoyt Sams. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Terhurst of Harrison, Jennifer Sams of Winslow, Jared Sams of Prairie Grove and James Sams of West Fork; and his siblings, Betty Braudrick of West Fork, David Sams of Swain, Harlen Sams of Fayetteville and Donald Sams of Deer, Arkansas.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
