She was predeceased by: her father David A. Welch Sr.; her grandparents, Melvin King Sr., Edna King and Floyd Welch; and her aunt Cheryl Ford.
She is survived by: her mother Pauletta King Welch of West Fork, Arkansas; her siblings, Kimberly Welch of Euless, Texas and David A. Welch Jr. of Fayetteville, Arkansas; her grandmother Helen Welch of Madison, Ohio; her aunts and uncles, Patricia Williams (Rick) of Rome, Ohio, Pamela Eldredge of Glenpool, Oklahoma, Janet Butcher (Gene) of Madison, Ohio, Lonnie King (Sherry) of Painesville and Melvin F. King Jr. (Sherry) of West Fork, Arkansas; and her nieces and nephews, Chase B. Gillum and Cayla B. Gillum of Springdale, Arkansas. She is also survived by several cousins, and many friends.
The family is asking that in lieu of flowers a memorial contribution be made in the name of Alison Jayne Welch to Life Gift of Fort Worth, Texas.
