She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert and Winnie Lou Bever (Cherry); her brother Max Trammell; and her brother-in-law Joel Truitt. She is survived by: her husband Walker Dale Garrett; her daughters, Jordan Elizabeth Garrett and Kelsie Nicole Garrett; and her siblings, James Randall Bever (Sharron) and Marilyn Sue Truitt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
