He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Mack Groves and Raye Dean Groves (DuVall). He is survived by: his wife Connie Groves (Wardlaw); his children, Shane Groves and Shannon; his son-in-law Jason Mann of Warren; his grandsons, Logan Mann and Landen Mann of Sumpter; and his siblings, Eddie Groves (Vicki) of Warren, John Groves (Judy Crocker) of Warren and Sharon Huitt (Joe) of Warren. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
