She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Buster Rowell and Agnes Creed Rowell; and her brother Bailey Rowell. She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Garner of Warren; her sons, Lance Bailey Garner (Jennifer) of Hot Springs, Arkansas and Lane Barkley Garner (Jamie) of Branson, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Luke Bradley Garner of Little Rock, Kathryn Jane Garner of St. Louis, Missouri, Rhett Greyson Garner of Branson, Missouri., Alexandra Reese Garner of Branson, Missouri. and Crosby Grant Garner of Branson, Missouri.. She is also survived by her grandchildren, she was called Grammy; to all, to she was called friend, mentor.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Boys Town.
